Shipping Policy

Every Valerrow order is carefully packed and dispatched to reach you in great condition — whether you're in the US, the UK, or China.

1. Where We Ship

Valerrow ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, and China.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in the order total. Valerrow has no control over customs processing times, which may affect the delivery estimate.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery to your address: 7–14 days from dispatch
  • Estimated total from order date: 8–17 days

These are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, carrier conditions, customs clearance for international orders, or other circumstances outside Valerrow's control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment at valerrow.com/apps/parcelpanel. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

5. Free Shipping

Valerrow offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required. Any applicable charges will always be shown clearly before you confirm your order.

6. Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order — Valerrow cannot accept liability for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification and may attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point, according to the carrier's standard procedures.

If a parcel is returned to us due to a customer-related issue — such as an incorrect address or failure to collect — we will contact you by email. Any re-shipping costs arising from such circumstances may be charged to you.

7. Inspect Upon Receipt

We recommend inspecting your parcel as soon as it arrives. If the outer packaging shows visible signs of damage:

  • Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, if possible.
  • Email us at contact@valerrow.com within 48 hours, including photographs of both the packaging and the item(s) inside.

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and tracking does not resolve the situation, please contact us at contact@valerrow.com with your order number and tracking reference. We will liaise with the carrier and, as appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
