Returns & Refunds Policy

At Valerrow, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help — quickly and fairly.

1. Our Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of the date your order is delivered. To start a return, contact us at contact@valerrow.com or use the return form at valerrow.com, including your full name, order number, and the reason for your request.

Once we receive your request, we will acknowledge it by email within 1 to 3 business days and provide return instructions.

2. Item Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed, with no signs of use, stains, odors, or alterations.
  • In their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Requested within 7 calendar days of delivery and shipped back within a further 7 days of our authorization.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
  • Items with tags or labels removed.
  • Items damaged after delivery through customer handling.
  • Customized, personalized, or final-sale items.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@valerrow.com or via the return form within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  2. We will confirm your request within 1 to 3 business days and send return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back within 7 calendar days of our authorization, securely packed.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed as described below.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item: Valerrow covers all return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of shipment.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds cover the full product price. Where you chose our standard shipping option, the original standard shipping cost is also refunded. Any expedited or upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable. Items returned with signs of wear or use may be subject to a partial refund reflecting the reduced value.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us at contact@valerrow.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging as received.

At no cost to you, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including any shipping you paid), whichever you prefer.

7. Order Cancellations and Out-of-Stock Items

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return process applies.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Your Consumer Rights

This policy is offered in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your state or country of residence. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
